Non-Profit License has been denied

Situazione:
Clan di un gioco online che utilizza la versione limitata da max 32 slots, ma che non ci basta.

Ho fatto la richiesta per la licenza no profit, ma mi è stata negata per le seguenti ragioni:

Avendo dato un url valido con mail sempre valida, l'unico punto per il quale mi viene il dubbio è il secondo.
A questo punto mi chiedo il significato di "organization"...
In ogni caso, altri clan, del medesimo gioco, fanno uso di una licenza no profit per il loro ts.

Qualcuno mi sa dare qualche informazione?

Per organization è specificato cosa intendono: "Non-profit entities include but are not limited to organizations such as online gaming clans, guilds, or friends and family who utilize TeamSpeak software in a manner in which profit or gain of any kind is NOT intended."
Consiglio di riprovare a compilare il modulo di richiesta della licenza ed eventualmente inviare una mail a [email protected] chiedendo informazioni.

Adesso le richieste sono chiuse; riproverò e farò sapere.

Ho riprovato e mi hanno negato una seconda volta la richiesta, ma questa volta rispondendomi così.

Le uniche cose che potevano far negare la richiesta erano le pubblicità in 2 video di youtube e qualche link a siti esterni che facevano uso di pubblicità nei loro siti.
Tra vedere e non vedere ho levato "tutto" e dopo aver riprovato una terza volta...
