Problema connessione server

Ciao, è da un pò di giorni che un mio amico finlandese non riesce a connettersi al server ts dove giochiamo. A tutti gli altri server ts riesce a connettersi e a parlare, nel nostro invece la cosa è random, alcune volte riesce ad entrare ed altre no. Abbiamo già provato a pulire la cache di ts e non ha dato risultati. Aspetto una vostra risposta, grazie

Bisogna capire perchè in certi momenti non riesce a connettersi.
Il vostro server è hostato da voi? Dove? Quando non riesce a connettersi riesce a pingare l'ip? Se no un traceroute sarebbe utile. (inoltre, usate l'ip direttamente o un dominio?)

Il server è hostato da pro server, riesce sempre a pingare l'ip e abbiamo provato dandogli sia l'ip diretto che un dominio (in quanto abbiamo modificato l'ip, ma riusciamo a connetterci anche col primo indirizzo che ci hanno dato.

Usa la versione 3.0.14 del client? Quando non riesce a connettersi succede per ore o qualche tentativo? Inoltre può tornare utile la cartella \logs in %appdata%\TS3Client

Dovrebbe usare l'ultima versione di TS, si riesce a connettere raramente. Ieri ha provato tutto il giorno ma non c'è stato verso... Appena riesco mi faccio mandare il file logs

Come da contatto su ts intercorso siamo rimasti che, in seguito alla verifica dei log non è stato riscontrato un problema relativo a TeamSpeak come software ma legato alla connettività di rete. Ti invito pertanto a tentare un "tracert 85.190.142.39" (server problematico) dal prompt dei comandi di Windows giusto per rendersi conto del nr. salto massimo dei pacchetti, ma non essendo sotto nostra (utenti) competenza bisognerà, eventualmente, segnalare il problema al provider o utilizzare direttamente un hosting non affetto.

credo che la causa sia stata per il black out di qualche giorno fa, ho restartato il router/resettatto e tutto é tornato normale

Il tracert quindi avrebbe dovuto mostrare un blocco al primo salto direttamente (router appunto).
Ad ogni modo mi fa piacere che il problema sia stato risolto, chiudo.
