Impossibile connettersi a teamspeak server

ho risolto tutto il server ora funziona.... ora però ho l'ultimo problema.... ho richiesto il Non-profit license ma non mi accettano la mia richiesta eppure il sito lo fatto bene con tutti i requisiti il sito è http://websds.it/ quando faccio la richiesta del no profit mi rispondono cosi :

Non mi spiego dove sia il problema.... io vedo che ho tutti i requisiti giusti ho il server team speak che sarebbe questo : 37.59.102.84 Password: sampei
